Thank you for considering membership at Raritan Valley YMCA. We're more than just a fitness center, camp, or daycare. We're a cause. Raritan Valley YMCA is a non-profit that has served the Brunswick area since 1867, and is committed to positive change in the community. We're honored to have you as a part of our family!
A membership at the YMCA goes a lot further than any ordinary gym membership does.
What a membership at the Y includes: 
- Access to our fitness facilities and other areas during open hours
- Fully trained staff who are ready to assist you
- A gym facility with state-of-the-art cardio and weightlifting equipment
- A basketball court
- Peloton Subscription for everyone to use with a full facility membership!
- Addtional fitness areas, where our group fitness classes take place.
- And so much more!
Did you know... your membership may be covered by your health insurance? The Y accepts several forms of third party memberships through health insurance plans. Please contact your health care provider to inquire about these opportunities and to receive a confirmation/member ID # for the Y to process.
Membership Types
TEEN & COLLEGE WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP (AGE 13 TO 17)
$20.00 per month (no joiner’s fee)
- All features of an Adult Wellness Membership (below) at a reduced price.
ADULT WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP (AGE 18+)
$35 per month + $75 joiner’s fee
- Wellness Center access during all open hours.
- Access to all group exercise classes.
- Access to all open basketball & pickleball hours.
- Free Wellness Center orientation and personal training orientation.
- Free access to more than 2,600 Ys across the country through the Nationwide Membership.
- ON AVERAGE, AT LEAST 50% OF YOUR MONTHLY VISITS MUST BE AT YOUR HOME Y.
3-MONTH WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP (AGE 13+)
$140 (flat rate for 3 months)
- All features of an Adult Wellness Membership (above) for 3 months.
- At end of term, can renew another 3 months or convert to regular membership with no joiner’s fee.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS
$80.00 per month + $125 joiner’s fee
- 2 Adults up to 4 Youth (under 18)
- Wellness Center access during all open hours for all teens and adults.
- Access to all group exercise classes for all teens and adults.
- FREE Youth Sports class per child, per session, at no extra cost (only Basketball & Martial Arts apply)
- Free Wellness Center orientation and personal training orientation.
- Special YMCA events and holiday celebrations.
- Free access to more than 2,600 Ys across the country through the Nationwide Membership.
- ON AVERAGE, AT LEAST 50% OF YOUR MONTHLY VISITS MUST BE AT YOUR HOME Y.
- YOUTH AGE is 16 and UNDER. If you want to ADD MORE YOUTH to your FAMILY MEMBERSHIP, it will be $10 EACH ADDITIONAL CHILD PER MONTH.
$50.00 per month + $100 joiner’s fee
- 1 Adult up to 3 Youth (under 18)
- Does NOT receive free sports classes.
- Same Benefits as the Family Membership above BESIDES the free Youth Sports class.
- YOUTH AGE is 16 and UNDER. If you want to ADD MORE YOUTH to your FAMILY MEMBERSHIP, it will be $10 EACH ADDITIONAL CHILD PER MONTH.
PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP (ADULT OR YOUTH)
$80 annual (flat rate for 12 months)
- Allows registration for YMCA programs such as child care, summer camp, swim lessons, swim team, youth sports, etc. Individual program fees apply.
- Does NOT include fitness center access or group exercise classes or access to nationwide YMCA reciprocity.
