The Y is happy to serve the community by hosting local organizations at our facility. One church calls the YMCA home, alongside the several Girl Scout troops that meet at the Y. Local non-profit groups looking for occasional assistance with meeting space are welcome to tour the Y and discuss usage with the YMCA staff. Times and space are limited (usually on weekends.) The times we have open currently are Saturdays ranging from 1:00pm - 5:00pm, and Sundays ranging from 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
For business groups, parties, and personal events, the Raritan Valley YMCA offers rental space (weekends or evenings during the week varying from 5-8pm depending on the day) for your event. The mini gym, aerobics studio, art classroom, and conference room are available for rental at $100 per hour. There is also a $75 non-refundable deposit once booking the rental. Food service is limited to catered or packaged items, as there is not a kitchen on site. No instructor is needed to host, but a designated team member will be present in the building to assist you.
The Y is proud to say that Scout groups may use the facility free of charge for meetings or events at select hours, when reserved in advance. In exchange for facility use, the Y requests that community service hours be contributed in the form of clean-ups, landscaping, gardening, or other projects that support YMCA needs.

Have your Birthday at the Raritan Valley YMCA! Before booking a party, we invite you to please come to our location and take a look at our facility before moving forward with any additional steps. Let us know a minimum of two weeks in advance so we can provide the necessary staff. To book, our quick Facility Rental Agreement Form must also be filled out and completed beforehand.
